Did you recently hear from us about your contact details? In the near future, we’ll be transitioning your account/s onto our BF Go app and it’s important to have your contact details up to date so we can transition your account/s to the new app and keep you informed.

Moved house? No problem – changing your personal details is a breeze using internet banking, or the BF Go app.

You can update these details:

  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Mailing address
  • Tax file number
  • Phone number (ME Go app customers only) 
If you manage your accounts via the classic BF Bank app or internet banking, you won't be able to update your mobile phone number or over-the-phone enquiry password online or in-app. Instead you’ll need to use our online chat or mail us at 13 15 63. If you’re overseas, you can use our online chat or mail us at +61 3 9708 4001.
