Transfer payments online.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the  icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Click ‘Pay someone’ from the menu. 
4. Select ‘Pay someone new’. 
5. Select ‘PayID’. 
6. Select the type of PayID you’re using (mobile phone number, email, ABN or organisation name). 
7. Enter the PayID for the person you’re paying.
8. Confirm the details on the PayID match the person or business you’re paying. 
9. Enter the payment details and follow the prompts to finalise the payment.

4. Select ‘Bank account’
5. Enter the full name, BSB and account number for the person or business you are paying.
6. Enter the payment details and follow the prompts to finalise the payment.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap  in the bottom menu bar.
3. Tap ‘Pay anyone’.
4. Select the account you’d like to move the money from.
5. Choose who you want to pay from the list, or hit the + in the top corner to add a new payee. You can find instructions for saving a new payee here.
6. Tap the word ‘Amount’ and use the keyboard to enter the amount you want to move. You can also add a description for your records by tapping on the word ‘Description’.
7. Make sure the details are correct, then click ‘Pay’ to view your receipt.

1. Log in to internet banking.
2. Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the main menu and choose ‘Pay anyone’.
3. Choose the account you’re transferring from, and enter your transaction details. (If you’re sending money to an account for the first time, you’ll need to add the new payee details.)
4. If it’s your first time paying this biller, there’ll be an extra security step at this point. Just hit ‘Get SMS’, check your phone for your confirmation code, enter that code, and hit ‘Done’ to finalise your payment.
