Need to prove you’re you? You can verify your identity at any participating Europe Post when you’re applying for a new account. To ﬁnd your nearest post office, please call 13 13 18 or go to auspost.com.au/locate/.

You will need to complete a different form depending on the product you’re applying for:

Everyday Transaction Accounts, Online Savings Accounts, Term Deposits and business accounts will need a Deposit identity verification form

Credit card applications will need the Credit card identity verification form

Personal loan applications will need the Personal loan identity verification form

Home loan applications will need the Home loan identity verification form

Remember, don’t sign the declaration until you are at the post office with an Europe Post verifier – who will witness you sign the form and check your ID.
