Setting up your mobile app and registering your device.

If you have a SpendME, SaveME or HomeME account, you won’t need to register your phone. If you’re trying to access your accounts via the BF.Go app, your Customer ID is the mobile number you used to set your accounts up.

For effortless banking, activate the classic BF Bank app by following these easy steps.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’re ready to get started – you’ll need your customer ID and access code. (We’ve got instructions if you need help to find your customer ID or reset your access code.)

1. Launch the BF Bank app from your mobile.
2. Enter your customer ID and access code.
3. Enter the SMS authentication code we’ll send to the mobile number we have on file.
4. Take a moment to read the Electronic access terms and conditions.
5. Next, set up and confirm your 4-digit PIN – this will be used to log in to your app so it needs to be secure (not your birthdate or anything too easy).
6. If your phone has biometric ID using your face or fingerprint, you can choose to use that instead.
