Finding your online statements and notices.
If you’re signed up to receive your statements and notices online, you’ve got them at your fingertips when you log in to the classic BF Bank app, BF.Go app or internet banking – once you know how to find them.
BF.
Go app.
- Log in to the app.
- Tap the
icon in the bottom menu.
- Tap on ‘Statement and documents’ from the menu.
- Select the account you’d like a statement for.
- Select the statement you want to look at. (Just so you know, statements are created every 6 months. If you need one in between, you can always request an interim statement.)
- If you need a tax statement that shows interest earned on all your accounts, go back to ‘Statements and documents’ and select ‘Interest summary’.
- If you are looking at your statement and want to share it, tap the ‘Share icon’ in the top right hand corner.
BF Bank app.
- Log in to the app.
- Tap the account you want to view the statement for.
- Tap the
icon and select ‘Statements’.
- Click the statement you want to view (each statement is labelled with the date it ends).
- The statement will display in your devices PDF viewer. Depending on the device you’re using, you can save it by hitting the ‘Download’ or ‘Save’ icon.
Note: only statements are available in the BF Bank app – notices are available in internet banking.
Internet banking.
- Log in to internet banking.
- Click ‘Accounts’ in the top menu and choose ‘View statements’ for statements or ‘View letters’ for notices.
- Under ‘Accounts to show’, choose the account you’re interested in.
- Choose the statement or notice you want from the list.
- Depending on the browser you’re using, the document will either download or display in a new browser window. If it’s shown in your browser, you can save it by hitting the ‘Download’ or ‘Save’ icon.

At BF. each product has its own cycle of when statements are released:
Everyday Transaction Account and InterestME Savings Account.
Quarterly after June, September, December and March.
Online Savings Account.
Twice a year after June and December.
Credit Cards.
Monthly.
Personal Loan.
Twice a year after June and December.
Flexible, Basic and Standard Home Loans.
Twice a year after June and December.
Ultimate Offset Account – Loan Facility.
Twice a year after June and December.
Ultimate Offset Accounts – Transaction Facility .
Quarterly after June, September, December and March.
Term Deposit.
Only available on terms of 7 months or longer, issued 6 months from the start date, rollover date or previous statement date. For all terms, an interest summary is provided at maturity.
Online statements and notices for closed accounts.
If you’re thinking about closing a BF.account, make sure you download any online statements and notices you need before you wrap things up – you won’t have access to them once the account is closed (though you’ll always get a final statement sent to you by mail).
